Business Opportunity:

We’d like to tell you about the Forever And Always Kennels business Opportunity. Our program is different from other “business opportunities” in several aspects. Once you have paid your fully reimbursable sign up fee, you’ll receive the catalogs and price guide you need to get started.

Because we’ll send you our catalogs with only the retail values listed, you can start selling from them immediately. Since you’ll be operating your own business, you can advertise and sell any way you’d like. (Please check your local laws for licensing and sales tax information.) We are only your wholesale supplier and are not responsible for how your business is operated. That means you are able to market and sell YOUR products in any manner you see fit, including a brick and mortar store, flea markets, consignment shops, door to door sales, using catalogs, internet, fundraisers, etc.

We’re excited about your interest and would like to share some key details about our program and how it works.

1. No Inventory. Although we recommend having some inventory on hand, it is not required. Since no inventory is required, we will NOT automatically ship anything to you and expect you to pay.

2. No Monthly Fees. We do not charge recurring fees to do business with us.

3. Full Reimbursement for the initial signup fee. We must charge an initial fee of $25.00 to cover our costs of getting the catalogs in your hands. This also makes sure you are really interested in this opportunity. You will receive a $25.00 merchandise credit once your merchandise order total has reached $100.00, whether in one order or over multiple orders. Shipping fees are not included in the $100.00 total and are not covered by the $25.00 credit.

4. No monthly minimums to continue being able to order.

5. We’ll send you updated catalogs when they become available at NO CHARGE as long as you’ve ordered at least $250.00 in merchandise since the last update. New catalogs are available 2 to 4 times each year and will include some seasonal catalogs.

6. You can use our catalogs as your own, which means you can advertise your business. Our name, contact information, and other company information DOES NOT appear on the catalogs. By providing your catalogs, you can sell directly to the public, build a team, and even sell to local stores around you.

7. We can ship directly to you or directly to your customer at no additional charge. If shipping to your customer, please remember we CANNOT blind drop ship, which means that our contact information will be visible and your customer will see your source. Please note that we WILL NOT market to or in any other way try to steal your customer.

8. Your pricing will not change because of quantities ordered. Catalogs are the exception because our printing costs get cheaper the more we order. All merchandise is offered to you at our lowest price regardless of how many of an item you order or how much your total order is. Most items will only cost you half of the retail value, which allows you to double you investment.

9. No Levels. No Recruiting. We do believe recruiting is a great marketing tool that allows you to reach more potential customers, but it is not part of our program. If you choose to build a sales team, all orders, payments, and commissions will be processed through you.

10. No Conference calls or Weekly Motivational calls. Let’s face it, you’ve taken the initiative to start or expand your own business. You shouldn’t have to set aside time each week to hear somebody encourage you to succeed. We prefer to stay in contact with you through email. This way, you can read it at your convenience, not ours. Please note we will gladly talk to you if you’d like, we just don’t require it.

11. Dedicated Customer Service. Let’s face it, we make money when you make money. We do not have automated answering systems or 1,000 buttons to push. We give you our cell phone number. That’s right, you talk directly to us when you call. If we’re unavailable, just leave a message and we’ll call you back as soon as possible. (We ask that you don’t call at midnight.) You also have our direct email that is read several times a day. You can send email anytime.

12. Shipping fees. Our shipping fees are $10.00 for orders with a retail value of $100.00 or less and 10% of the retail total for orders with a retail value of $100.00 or more.

Affiliate Program:

You can also enroll in our referral program for our website, www.foreverandalwaysonline.com. We will create a “shadow” link to our site and pay you 10% of the gross sales generated each month. This fee is paid to you for advertising our products. Again, you are not an employee nor a contract worker of Forever And Always Kennels. With this program, we will also create a progress report link for you to view your visits and sales. There is no fee for this program. We are responsible for all taxes, shipping, and collection of monies due. You simply share your link with everyone and we do the rest.
