Dear Friends,


The dates are set for the 34th ANNUAL MAYHAW FESTIVAL, in Marion, Louisiana. They are Friday May 8th, and Saturday May 9th, 2015. Help us to make our 34th year one of our best yet!


The Festival will get underway Friday night, May 8th with our famous Street Dance from 8:00 -11:00. Bring your lawn chair and enjoy the fun with us. Then Saturday morning we will begin early with arts and crafts displays, our annual jelly contest, parade and lots of entertainment and games.


We hope that you or your organization will take this opportunity to rent a booth, to display and/or sell your goods and enjoy this weekend of fun with us. Also, feel free to enter a float in the parade. You are what make our festival a success each year.


Booth set-up will begin at 5:00 P.M. on Friday, May 8th for those vendors wishing to sell both Friday night and Saturday. Booth set up for Saturday May 9th will begin at 6:00 A.M. Booth sizes average 10’x12’. Water and Electricity hookups are available (hoses and cords not provided). The only restrictions will be the selling of soft drinks and anything showing obscenities or use of bad language. Vendors choosing to set up on Friday are responsible for their belongings during the night. Booth spaces with not be assigned before Friday May 8th at 5 P.M. You will receive your placement upon arrival. We will not have any booth placement information until then.
